Hello, to all….. Again we
will try to have our
first dinner meeting after our summer off.
On behalf of the board members, I would
like to apologize to anyone who was inconvenienced
due to the cancellation of our
meeting in September. The decision to cancel
had to be made days ahead of the (at the
time) prediction of landfall of Hurricane Ike.
Logistics concerning Shula’s’ dictated the
cancellation. The
upcoming dinner meeting in October should
be like all, a great meeting. Our speaker
will be Harvey Raymundo. His topic
will be Customer Satisfaction. He will
be discussing how American Express uses
customer satisfaction feedback to drive their
business strategies. Please come out and
join us and maybe win a “Door Prize”. The
date is Tue. Oct.14th at

reminder to keep your certifications up
