A
Different View of Baldrige If you joined us for our May
dinner meeting, you most likely were surprised that a talk
on Baldridge could actually be entertaining. Doug Serrano
did an outstanding job netting out advantages of applying
for the Baldrige. He also has a great sense of humor. Doug
comes from a military background. As a Colonel in the
Pentagon, one of his assignments was to champion Baldrige in
the Armed Forces. Doug now resides in South Florida as a
consultant.
